How can I get my reconciliation reports to print? I printed them for years. I can view them but when I click on print icon, why do I get a blank window?
Hi there, iefschools1.
I can provide different information about printing a reconciliation report.
If you're trying to print the report from the desktop app, I want to let you know that we have an ongoing issue about this. And, our engineers are working to find the main cause of this concern.
I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team, so they can add you to our notification list. This will help our engineers determine the number of affected users. You'll also receive an update through email once this has been resolved.
Here's how to contact them:
1. Open your QuickBooks Account.
2. At the top right, click the Help icon.
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Under What can we help you with?, enter print reconciliation report.
5. Click Let's Talk.
6. You'll be routed into the Choose a way to connect with us page.
Start a chat with a support expert.
Get a callback from the next available expert.
Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours.
7. Select how you want to contact them and fill in the information.
As a workaround, I suggest logging in to your QuickBooks account using a regular browser. Then print the reconciliation from there and make sure you're Adobe Reader is updated. However, if you're accessing QBO via browser, I recommend using an incognito window. This is the best place to identify any browser-related issue.
Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.
For Internet Explorer of Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.
Once you're able to print the report successfully, we can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. A piled cache can also be the reason why we experienced some unexpected issues on the pages we've opened.
