How can i get rid of save and schedule a payment. I want SAVE AND NEW

Hello, @bgreiner1

I can help point you in the right direction with how you can pick Save and New when you save transactions. Here's how:

  1. Once you've filled out all of the required information for the transaction, then you'll need to save the detail.
  2. In the bottom right-hand corner, you'll see a green bubble with a statement saying, "Save and ...
  3. Click on the drop-down arrow and select Save and New

If you're not locating this option, please provide me with a screenshot so I can determine the best solution for this issue. Also, here's an extra link that may be helpful: How to Use Bills, Track Expenses, & Record What You Owe

I want to make sure we get this resolved as soon as possible. I'll be waiting for your response.

That is a one time fix, is there a way to block it? We would prefer not to have the option to use Save & Schedule payment as we do not pay bills online.

Hi there, @jchavez85

Welcome to the Community. The option to remove the Save and Schedule payment is unavailable. This is a new feature offered to the customers who are not using the Bill Pay from QuickBooks Online. However, if you does not wish to use Bill Payment, you've the option to Mark as paid and record a non-money movement payment in QuickBooks.

I have a handy article for more guidelines about Bill Payment: QBO Plus and Essentials Users now offered Bill Pay by Melio

If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to comment below. Have a great day!
