Switched from Desktop to QBO in March 2025, July 2025 I was going to switch to a different Merchant Processing Co so I closed the account 7/14. Tried it for 2 days and realized it wasn't going to work out well so I canceled that and called QB on 7/16 to re-establish my merchant account. They apparently made a new one. I need to access the transactions from 7/1-7/14 but we have been unsuccessful with calling Live Chat Help and Customer Support. Customer Support was able to locate the account but after 3 hours on the phone he sent a code to an email we never got and hung up on us. We called Live Chat help and they found the account number but said there's not account holder name on it. We are confused but seems like the data is there so why can't we see it? Should be able to see the data for 1 year according to Customer Support. HELP! Anyone else have this issue?
