Accounts Receivable Aging reports in QuickBooks Online shows the customer's outstanding balances. Pre-payments aren't included in these reports. You'll see unpaid balances for each customer grouped by days past due.
Let me show you how to run these reports:
- Select Reports from the left navigation menu.
- In the Who owes you section, select Accounts receivable aging summary or Accounts receivable aging detail.
- Customize the report as needed.
- Hit Run report.
You can refer to the Run accounts receivable aging report for more details. It includes screenshots when you customize the report.
If you want to see unpaid invoices, you'll want to pull up the Open Invoices reports. It show statement charges as well, with totals for each customer.
