How can I purge the data in the student edition of Quickbooks

If your account is 60 days old or older, you can cancel the subscription and create a new company. I'll show you how to cancel: 

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
2. Select the Billing and subscription tab.
3. Click Cancel subscription.
4. Follow the steps to cancel your account.

Then, sign up for QuickBooks Online. You may use the same user ID and password you used before.

You can use this reference if there are data you need from the previous account to the new one: Move your lists to QuickBooks Online.
