How can I reactive my subscription? Call me xxxxxxxxxx

Hello, usercarmitaln. 

 

Thanks for dropping by the Community, there's a few ways in which you can reactivate your subscription. Follow one of these way's below:

 

Directly inside your Desktop file

  1. In QuickBooks, go to Employees, then select My Payroll Service, and Account/Billing Information.
  2. Sign in using your Intuit Account.
  3. In the Service Information section, select the Reactivate link next to your service status.
  4. Select your payroll service, then select Proceed to Checkout.
  5. Select a Payment Method, you can update or add your payment information. Then select Submit.
  6. Select Place Order.
  7. Select Next and then Return to QuickBooks.
  8. Verify that your service is active by signing back in, and selecting Employees, then My Payroll Service. Then select Account/Billing Information and check the Service Status.

Through the web

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks My Account using your Intuit login.
  2. In the Manage your QuickBooks page, select the product or service you would like to manage.
  3. Under Products & Services select the Payroll Subscription tile.
  4. The status of the subscription shows under the blue Toolbar. In this case, you should see Canceled as the status of the subscription. Select the Resubscribe link under the status.
  5. Confirm the information in the Reactivate Subscription fields are correct then select Save and Continue.
  6. Review the subscription details and the billing information. Select Reactivate.
  7. A pop-up message will show that your payroll subscription has been reactivated. Select Got it!

Note: It may take up to 24 hours for the reactivation of your subscription to fully complete. Your subscription will show Active once the reactivation is complete.

From a cancelation email

  1. Select the Resubscribe button in the email. Doing so routes you to the Intuit QuickBooks My Account page.
  2. Sign in using your Intuit Login credentials.
  3. Update your payment information, then select Save and Continue.
  4. Validate if all the information you entered in the previous page is correct, then select Reactivate.
  5. Your Subscription is reactivated! message appears. Select Got it! At this point, your data is being prepared by our system which may take up to 24 hours to complete.

From your My Account

  1. Sign in to Intuit QuickBooks Desktop My Account using your Intuit credentials.
  2. In the Manage your QuickBooks page, select the product or service you would like to manage.
  3. Select the Payroll Subscription tile under Products & Services.
  4. The status of the subscription is displayed on the upper right corner of the page.
  5. Your status will show as Active if your subscription is already renewed. Otherwise, status shows Reactivation in progress.
