How can I see ALL transactions (history) for a product; not just sales

You can review the Audit Log to see all modifications made to your company file, smallV8s.

 

To access the audit log, follow these steps:

 

  1. Sign in as an admin to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
  3. Select Audit Log.
  4. In the Events field, choose All transactions.
  5. Choose the appropriate User and set the Date Changed filter to narrow the results.
