We can switch your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company to QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) by going to the Gear icon. Then, make sure to choose your QBOA company so you'll be able to locate your clients.

You can also directly click the Go to QuickBooks drop-down arrow from the homepage. Then, select All clients.

As far as I know, we should not use the same email address to manage QBO account and QBOA account.
