How can my client sign in to QBO after signing her up on my wholesale billing account?

I signed my client up for wholesale billing and she got the email to accept invitation. When she chooses her email address link as the ID it sends her to the login page.  She enters a password (even though it does not ask to create a password) then clicks "Accept Invitation" the page refreshes to say "Hmm that didnt work" its saying her password is incorrect.  Where can she create a login and password? This is frustrating and embarrassing as the professional. How can I get her logged in so that she can use the subscription she is paying for? We have tried resetting the password and re-sending her the invite link.

It sounds like she already has an identity with Intuit. She has two choices, try logging in directly to QBO with her existing credentials and reset the password.  Or use a different email and create a new identity.
