How can prices be raised across the board?

To update prices in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you'll need to manually edit each item, HTF1. I'll guide you on how to do it and provide an alternative for more efficient approach.

Please know QBO currently allows you to enter only a flat amount for sales prices. To apply a 3% increase, you'll need to manually calculate this adjustment for each item. This ensures precision in your pricing strategy as you input the updated figures directly.

Here's how you can edit a product or service item:

  1. Go to Sales and select Products & services.
  2. Find the product or service you want to change.
  3. Select Edit in the Action column.

  4. Make your changes in the Sales price/rate field.
  5. When you're done, select Save and close.

Alternatively, you can use a third-party apps that integrate with QuickBooks. These apps often offer bulk editing features, making it easier to update multiple items at once and saving you time and effort.

Furthermore, use reports to see your sales and inventory status in QuickBooks Online to know your best sellers, on-hand items, and more.

By following these steps, you can effectively manage price changes in QBO, ensuring that your pricing strategy aligns with your business goals. Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance. I am happy to assist you.
