The only way that this information can be changed is if the Master Admin or Company Admin manually adjusts the data, or you all have recently called in about an issue and updated the credit card number with a Customer Support Team member. QuickBooks only allows Master Admins and Company Admins to update billing information for an account because of privacy reasons.
