When your clients receive the estimates, they're unable to accept it nor respond to it. They'll need to email you the confirmation. Then, you'll need to manually change the estimate's status to accepted.
Let me show you how to change the status:
- Open the estimate.
- Under the customer's name, click the Pending drop-down arrow, then choose Accepted.
- Enter the name who accepted it, then the date.
- Click Save and close.
