You'll need to update the bank's login details in QuickBooks Online if you change it on their website. This will ensure that the connection is still intact and will continue the transactions to download.
Let me show you how to do it:
Go to the Banking tab and select the blue tile of the affected account.
Click the Pencil icon and select Edit sign in info.
On the Edit sign-in info page, enter and log in using the new credentials.
Select Save and connect, then I'm done, Let's go!
