Hi there, @Jeffrey-hildebrand.

If your QBSE subscription has expired for over a year, you will no longer be able to view your records. QuickBooks automatically deletes this data one year after the subscription expires. However, if your subscription has expired for less than a year, you can still view the transaction you want or even export your data.

You can check this article to learn how to export your data: Export transactions and get reports in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Additionally, if you’d like to resubscribe to QBSE, you can visit this article: Resubscribe to QuickBooks Self-Employed. It provides detailed, step-by-step instructions on how to renew your subscription.
