How do i access my pro advisor exam if when signing i am redirected to billing indicating that quick books essentials trial has expired?

You'll want to log in to QuickBooks Online Accountant using your ProAdvisor User ID and password. To make sure you have the correct login credentials, you can click the I forgot my user ID or Password link in the Sign In page. Here are the steps:

 

  1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
  3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
  4. Select Start messaging or Get a callback.
