How do I add a Print Later to a bill I created yesterday? Print Later does not show up on the bill when I pull it up again

The Print Later option does not appear directly on bills that you have created, Niamh.

While you can print a Bill in QuickBooks Online, the Print Later checkbox does not appear directly on it. Instead, this option is available when you create or open a bill payment or check associated with that bill. By selecting Print Later on the payment or check screen before saving or when you pull it up again, you add that payment to a print queue, allowing you to print it at your convenience.

Additionally, you can use the Bills and Applied Payments report to review which bill payments or checks linked to your bills are queued for printing.

1. Run the Bills and Applied Payments report.
2. Customize the report by adding a column for Check Printed to see the print status of each bill payment.
3. To mark a payment for printing, click on the transaction and check the Print Later box.
