Yes, we can definitely add a user again if we'll delete them, tazdev10.
For us to manage our users, we'll need to be the Master Admin of the account. Let's log in using that access so we can set them up. We can use your mobile browser to log in to QuickBooks.
Once logged in, please follow the steps below to delete and add them back in:
They can now access your account to any device and it may be an app or browser by using the credentials they set from the invitation.
