How do I add a Standard User from an existing QB account to be used on an Ipad?

Is it possible to delete from users then add back in? Like start over?

How do I add a Standard User from an existing QB account to be used on an Ipad?

Yes, we can definitely add a user again if we'll delete them, tazdev10.


For us to manage our users, we'll need to be the Master Admin of the account. Let's log in using that access so we can set them up. We can use your mobile browser to log in to QuickBooks. 


Once logged in, please follow the steps below to delete and add them back in:

  1. Go to the Gear icon (Settings), then Manage Users
  2. Look for the user to delete and click the drop-down arrow beside Edit. 
  3. Select Delete and confirm to delete the user access. 
  4. To add Standard user, just click Add user
  5. Select Standard user and then Next
  6. You can select which access rights they can manage in the account. Then, Next
  7. Select the user settings and click Next
  8. Enter their contact information and they must have an access to the email since they'll accept the access from the invitation we sent. 
  9. Click Save

They can now access your account to any device and it may be an app or browser by using the credentials they set from the invitation.
