How do I cancel a subscription to Quickbooks Online before the next withdrawal from my account?

Hi there, sandr19333.

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. I appreciate you allowing QuickBooks the opportunity to meet your business needs. I'm sad to let you go, but I'm still here to help you cancel your subscription before the next withdrawal from your account. To start with, follow the steps below on how to cancel.

If you bought QBO directly from QuickBooks or Intuit, here's how:

  1. Click the Gear ⚙ and choose Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Billing and subscription tab.
  3. From the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  4. Select Continue to cancel. Then, choose Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
  5. Follow the next steps.
  6. Select Submit and cancel subscription.
  7. Hit Got it.

If you purchased your subscription from iTunes or Google Play, please click this article to see a link that provides information on how to cancel your QBO account: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial.

Once done, an email confirmation is sent to the account administrator that confirms your subscription is canceled. Then, after you cancel your account, you can still access it for 365 days. You're unable to change anything, but you can print forms, reports, and view transactions for tax purposes.

Please refer to this article to see steps on how you can reactivate your QuickBooks account: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online. This also provides different details about your data.

Feel free to message again if you have additional concerns. I'm always delighted to help.
