Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. I appreciate you allowing QuickBooks the opportunity to meet your business needs. I'm sad to let you go, but I'm still here to help you cancel your subscription before the next withdrawal from your account. To start with, follow the steps below on how to cancel.
If you bought QBO directly from QuickBooks or Intuit, here's how:
Click the Gear ⚙ and choose Account and Settings.
Select the Billing and subscription tab.
From the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
Select Continue to cancel. Then, choose Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
Once done, an email confirmation is sent to the account administrator that confirms your subscription is canceled. Then, after you cancel your account, you can still access it for 365 days. You're unable to change anything, but you can print forms, reports, and view transactions for tax purposes.
