Welcome to the Community. I don't want to see you go, but I can show you how to cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.
Here's how:
1. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Select Account and Settings.
3. Choose the Billing and Subscription tab from the left navigation menu.
4. Click the blue Cancel link beside of the word "Subscribed" showing for the Subscription status.
5. You'll then be prompted to change your plan, call in, or cancel.
6. If you're sure, select Continue to cancel.

I'm in the same boat. I've been trying to cancel my account for days with nothing but the run around. I follow the instructions and it always brings me to a page to call customer service....which I've done multiple times and sat on hold for over 30 minutes each time before I had to hang up to go into an appointment with a client. I started with the receipt email and clicked the 'form' to cancel, it sent me to the page with a phone number. Followed 3 separate 'how-tos' on the forums and sent me to a page with a phone number....sitting on hold yet again while I type this. It feels like a scam. PLUS I just read there is no pro-rated refund after 60 days, QB just gets to keep my $488 as a reward for bad customer service?! I almost made the cut off....if they would have answered their phones in a timely fashion or set up the website to actually cancel the subscription. This is no way to run a business. I feel like I'm going in circles to never get anywhere.

Due to the tax season coming in, our phone specialists are stuck with a lot of call volumes, which is why the wait time is longer than usual. It's good that you've used the receipt form to request for a cancellation via email.
Once submitted, our dedicated team will work on creating a case documentation and processing the request right-away. Also, they'll escalate it to a higher support to apply for a pro-rated refund. You will receive a message from them through email about its status as soon as possible.
To protect the privacy of your account, I can't dig deeper on personal billing details, refund, or expense requests here. But, if you have any general questions about QuickBooks, I'll do my best to answer them for you.
If you want to double-check your request, you'll want to contact us again. I know you've tried calling in several times but this is the only way we can provide such help. You can copy and give them this case number so you don't need to re-explain the situation; 529488777.

We're not able to cancel any account in the Community. You will need to log in to QuickBooks Online and cancel the subscription from there. You can still follow the steps provided in the previous replies of this thread.
If the account is within the trial period, it'll be cancelled automatically after 30 days. Then, your data will be deleted after 90 days.

In case you can't log in to your account, follow the steps given by my colleagues to contact phone support. They will need to access your account so they can cancel it for you.
