How do I cancel my account

How do I get my account cancelled? I have tried several times and it will not work. I can notify my financial institution and stop all payments in the future. I have tried 5 times.

Thanks for allowing QuickBooks to serve your accounting needs. I can help walk you through in canceling your account. 


Before canceling your account I'd suggest downloading your reports, in case you'll need it for future reference. 


To cancel your account:

  1. Open QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
  2. Select the Gear icon at the top.
  3. Select Billing Info.
  4. Select Cancel now in the Cancel section toward the bottom of the page.
  5. Enter a reason for canceling and add any comments you want to share with us.
  6. Select Cancel subscription.

If you encounter any issues upon the cancellation process, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to access your account and help you cancel your account.
