Join nowIt isn't easy to let go of one of our valued customers, @darrellrperkins. However, when our QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) is no longer meeting the growing needs of your business, I'm here to make this process easy for you.
You can cancel your QBDT Enterprise subscription by logging into the Customer Account Maintenance Portal (CAMPs). Then, you'll have to select the QuickBooks Desktop option and start managing your account. However, before doing so, I'd recommend checking out this article for the cancellation policies and eligibility per product and services you may have: QuickBooks Desktop cancellation policies. It includes details for QuickBooks Enterprise Gold/Silver/Platinum subscription, customer care plans, and payroll to name a few.

Whenever you're ready, log in to your Customer Account Maintenance Portal (CAMPs) account. Then, select the QuickBooks Desktop option to manage and cancel your subscription.
