How do I cancel my intuit account

I'll help you cancel the payroll service, Natural.

Before anything else, please make sure to settle any outstanding tax payment and forms. Also, if you want to keep your payroll data, you'll want to print or save them in Excel. I've got this article for the steps: Print a payroll report. Then, follow the steps below to cancel the payroll service.

For Intuit Online Payroll, here's how:

  1. Click the Setup tab.
  2. Under Billing and Service, select Cancel Service.
  3. Answer the short survey, and select Cancel Service.
  4. An email will be sent to confirm cancelation.

For QuickBooks Online Payroll:

  1. Click the Gear icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Under Your Company, click Account and Settings.
  3. On the left panel, click Billing & Subscription.
  4. In the Payroll section, select the Cancel link.
  5. Select Continue to cancel.
  6. Complete the short survey and select Confirm cancel.

You can also check this article for reference about the cancelation and for reactivating the account in the future.
