How do I cancel my subscription when the number given to call is not working?

We have a different way on how you can get in touch with our support, carestop.


Before doing so, I'd like to share the steps below on how you can cancel your account in QuickBooks Online.


Note: After you cancel the account, you will have read-only access to your data for one year. If you cancel during a free trial or if your trial expires, the data is available for 90 days.


Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the Gear > Account and Settings.
  2. On the left menu, select Billing & Subscription.
  3. Click on the Cancel link beside the Subscription status.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

  1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
