If you have subscribed to our QuickBooks Product page, cancel the account by going to Account and Settings and then Billing and Subscription.
Here's how:
- Open a web browser on your computer.
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
- Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and Settings.
- Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
- In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
- Follow the onscreen steps.
When you have subscribed from the Apple App Store or Goggle Play, you can follow the steps provided through this article: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.
