If you have subscribed to our QuickBooks Product page, cancel the account by going to Account and Settings and then Billing and Subscription.
When you have subscribed from the Apple App Store or Goggle Play, you can follow the steps provided through this article: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.
Please know that you will have viewing access to it for up to a year after canceling your subscription. We delete the data after that. For more details, you can reference this article: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel.
