How do I cancel my Tsheets subscription?

I want to cancel my Tsheets subscription but I don't see an option under subscriptions.

Goof afternoon, @debbie-clapper4! Thanks for reaching out for help in the Community. We're sorry to see you go, but I an happily help you cancel your account.

 

You can cancel from within your TSheets account. Here are the steps:

  1. Login to tsheets.com.
  2. Go to Company Settings on the left menu.
  3. Click on Account & Billing.
  4. Lastly, click on Cancel Subscription.

I am in free trial currently, however are there any contracts involved in any of the subscriptions? Are there penalties to cancelling, or any fees? Thank you.

Good afternoon, @agillespie! Thank you for coming to the Community for help with your account. I'd love to walk you through your options.

 

We're sorry to see you go, but in trial, there's no need to cancel unless you have put a credit card on file. There's no contract or penalities, the trial will just expire. :)

 

If you prefer to cancel anyway, there's a way to do this:

  1. Go to Company Settings on the left menu.
  2. Click on the Account & Billing tab.
  3. Choose Close Account and then Permanently Close My Account.

If those steps aren't matching up with your trial, you may be on our newer billing format. Here are the steps for that:

  1. Click on your First/Last name in the dropdown (top-right of account).
  2. Go to Billing & Subscription, then click on Cancel your trial.

Since you're still unable to cancel your subscription even after following the steps above, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support.

I am trying to follow these directions for my company, but I don't have "Account and Billing" under "Company Settings," and I can't find "Cancel Subscription" under any other tabs.  Helps!

I’d like to shed some light about the difference between (QBOA) QuickBooks Online Accountant and (QBO) QuickBooks Online.

 

QBOA and QBO have different interface.

 

If you are using (QBOA) QuickBooks Online Accountant, here’s how to get there:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Under your company column, select Subscription and billing
  3. Select Accountant-billed-subscription or Client-billed subscriptions

 For (QBO) QuickBooks Online, here’s how:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click Accounts and Settings
  3. On the left pane, select Billing and Subscription

When I click on billing and account info, NOTHING ever comes up.  So, effectively, I cannot cancel my subscription. What's another option?

The issue about the page not being found or nothing coming up when going to the Billing and Subscription section has been recently tagged as an ongoing issue. For now, we're unable to provide an exact workaround to be performed. 

 

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team, so they can add you to our notification list. This will help our engineers determine the number of affected users. You'll also receive an update through email once this has been resolved. They can also provide information about the refund process.

 

Lastly, you may refer to this article to view various details on how you can manage your QBO subscription and to view your billing history: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.

I have the same problem, this issue is still not resolved?

 

When I navigate to the URL indicated when attempting to go into billing in tsheets it's blank: https://tsheets.intuit.com/page/billing_and_subscription?f=display

It could be the problem you encounter is browser-related. I suggest performing some troubleshooting steps to fix this. The cache stored in your browser may be causing the issue. Let's start by accessing your account through an incognito browser.

 

Here's how:

  • Google Chrome - press Ctrl + Shift + N keys on your keyboard.
  • Firefox or Internet Explorer - press Ctrl Shift P keys on your keyboard.
  • Safari - press Control Option keys on your keyboard.

 

Once a private browser is open, try to cancel your QuickBooks Time account again. Here's what you'll need to do:

  1. Login to tsheets.com.
  2. In your QuickBooks Time account, go to Company Settings .on the left menu.
  3. Select Account & Billing.
  4. Click Cancel Subscription.

 

Once the cancellation is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email.

How do I cancel my Tsheets subscription?

I have never ordered Intuit T Sheets. I am a Pro Advisor and the Payments for Intuit T sheets keeps coming out of my account. I want NO more money coming out of my account for Intuit T Sheets that I never ordered. I have call thur my Pro advisor line and no one could see that I had Intuit T Sheets or had the amount come out of my account. I have been dealing with this for over a year. Please stop this subscription that I did not order and refund all my monies paid to Intuit for something I never subscripted too.
