How do i cancel this cash account and go back to the way it was?

I'll help you cancel your QuickBooks Cash account, @mtnacresloghomer.

You'll want to make sure you transfer all the balance from your QuickBooks Cash account. This way, you can proceed with canceling the account. Here's how to transfer money to your bank account:

1. Go to the Cash Flow menu, then choose Transfer money in the QuickBooks Cash section.
2. Click Transfer out. 
3. In the From field, select your QuickBooks Cash account.
4. In the To field, select the (+). Then select your connected bank account.
5. Enter the amount you want to move out of your QuickBooks Cash account.
6. Click Finalize transfer.

When the balance is now $0, you can call the number on the back of your QuickBooks Debit Card. An agent will be able to help settle any remaining questions and information for you. I've added this link for additional information: Learn more about QuickBooks Cash accounts and the Cash Flow menu.

If you don't have a card yet, you can contact our Merchant Support team. This way, one of our representatives can review your account securely and help cancel your QuickBooks Cash account.

Additionally, you can now start matching, categorizing, or adding those downloaded transactions. When you're ready, reconcile your account to ensures your account in QBO matches your bank statement.
