How do i change my email address?

Changing an email address in QuickBooks Online is just a few clicks. I'm happy to provide steps on how to accomplish the process. 


If you're trying to change the company email address on your account, you can follow the steps below. By doing this, any updates from Intuit will send to this email, and the sales form email will automatically change. 


  1. Click on the Gear icon in the upper right-hand, then choose Account and Settings
  2. Select Company, then hit the Pencil icon beside Contact info
  3. Update the email, then hit Save
  4. Tap Done

Although if you're trying to modify the sign-in email in your account, let's go to the Intuit Account Manager.


Here's how: 


  1. From your QBO account, click the small circle beside the Gear icon. 
  2. Click the Manage your Intuit Account link.
  3. Pick the Sign in and security menu.
  4. Tap the Email Address section, then make your changes.
  5. Hit Save.
