If the issue persists, I recommend accessing QuickBooks Online in incognito mode or a private browsing window. After that, proceed to update your legal business name again.
It’s also helpful to use a supported browser, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari. Unsupported or outdated browsers may cause certain features to not load properly.
