The steps provided by my peer above is for QuickBooks Online users. If you're using QuickBooks Desktop, you can follow the steps below to generate the report.
This will show all the adjusted inventory items.
I recommend customizing the report to get the specific details you need. You can also memorize it to save its current customization settings. It serves as your record and helps you quickly access it for future use.
However, if you're using QuickBooks Online and can't find the Gear icon, you can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page.
If you're still getting the same result, we can do some of the basic troubleshooting steps. You can use these shortcut keys depending on the browser you're using:
Once signed in, go back to your dashboard and follow the steps for QuickBooks Online from there. If it rectifies the issue, go back to your main portal and clear its cache to remove the browser's history or you can press CTRL+Shift and Delete key on your keyboard altogether. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.
