However, if the account is already 60 days old or beyond, I suggest canceling the duplicate subscription. With that, QBO will automatically delete the other company after 365 days.

This was a duplicate and i never set it up ... its billing me $70 and when i go to billing and subscriptions there is no page like that described. there is only info on updating the credit card, and info is clickable boxes. i am totally trapped and no number to call for help. Frustrated and would appreciate some help.
