I can provide insights about the expired trial account. It will automatically be deleted only a year after it has been canceled. This is to ensure you can still access your account in case you'd like to reactivate it.
What we can do is to wait a year after the date of cancellation to permanently delete the expired trial account in QBO.
For now, we will take this option as a product suggestion. I would also suggest visiting our QuickBooks Online blog regularly. From there, you'll be updated with the features and enhancements that our developers are currently working on.
Feel free to comment below if you need anything else.
Expired trial accounts will be removed from your list of companies in 90 days.
If you want to remove it right now, contact support and beg to reactivate it momentarily (if possible). Then, invite a dummy user and make him a Master admin, so he can remove you from the users list. That way, you will no longer see it when you log in.
