How do I downgrade my online plan to have the lowest monthly billing?

Go to Settings > Billing & Subscription to downgrade your plan to QBO SS. Make sure your multi currency feature is not enable. Otherwise you have to open a new QBO acccout.

@Fiat Lux - ASIA gave the correct instructions on how to download your subscription. However, let me provide some additional information on the matter.

Before doing the following steps below, I recommend checking out this guide to turn off some features in your current plan so you can downgrade successfully. If you're unsure of what plan would be best for your business, you can go through our comparison chart.  

1. Go to the Gear icon in the top right-hand corner. 
2. Under the "Your Company" section, pick Account and Settings. 
3. Select the Billing and Subscription tab on the left-hand menu bar. 
4. Choose Downgrade your plan in the QuickBooks Online subscription section. If you don't see this option, follow this link to downgrade. 
5. Press Choose Plan on the subscription you'd like to have. 
6. Look over what's changing in your plan. 
7. Hit Submit or Continue when ready. 
8. Review the billing details. 
9. Tap Change Plan and then Done.
