How do I download or email my P&L statements and balance sheet?

I’ll guide you through each step of the process, Karen.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can easily download and email your Profit & Loss (P&L) statement and Balance Sheet reports directly from the Reports screen.

To download a report:

1. From the left-hand menu, select Reports.
2. Open the report you want to download.
3. At the top right of the report, click the Export icon.
4. Choose your preferred format.

To email a report:

1. From the left-hand menu, select Reports.
2. Locate and open the report you wish to email.
3. Click the Three dots or Envelope icon at the top right of the report.
4. In the pop-up window, enter the recipient’s email address in the To field.
5. Click Send email to deliver the report.
