If you record a deposit that involves entering the details of money being added to your business bank account, you should select the Bank Deposit feature. This can also include other types of income.

Here's how:

1. Select +Create.
2. Click Bank deposit.
   

If you record a customer payment or sale, you can use the Deposit To dropdown menu to specify where the funds will be deposited.

1. Choose Receive payment.
2. To make a payment, select the Deposit To where the funds should be deposited, then click the drop-down arrow.
