How do i find my user ID?

Thank you for visiting again the QuickBooks Community. I'll be sharing steps to ensure you're able to log in to your QuickBooks account.

Usually, you can always find your user ID by logging into your Intuit Online Account. This account is created the first time you purchase a product or service from Intuit. However, you'll have to make sure that you enter the correct phone number when logging in. Please note that this number is used when you created your QuickBooks account.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to Intuit Account Manager. Use your phone number to sign in.
2. Select the Sign-in & security menu.
3. In the Sign in info, you'll be able to see the User ID.

Additionally, when you're also having issues logging into your QuickBooks account, the best way to fix it is to reset your login credentials. I suggest clicking the I forgot my user ID or Password link.

1. From the sign-in page, click I forgot my user ID or Password.
2. Enter your phone number or email address and select Continue.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions. If you used your email address to verify your account, you'll receive an email with your user ID.
