Welcome to the Community, @rkoenig.

You can run the Total Pay report in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This will show the total gross pay per employee. You can also change the date to your preferred one.

Here's how to pull it up:

  1. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), go to the Reports menu at the left pane to get to the Standard report page.
  2. Type Total Pay in the search field and select it in the drop-down to open.
  3. Click the Date Range drop-down and choose Custom.
  4. Enter your preferred date, then hit Run report to refresh.
