Hello,
I never used the Mac version and not sure. But, in the Desktop version, there are two ways to do this. One way, is to pull up the Balance Sheet. Equity Accounts are on the Balance Sheet. Double-click on the Balance.
The other way, go to the Chart Of Accounts. Right-click on Owner's Equity and select QuickReport.

Thanks for these pointers for Owner's Equity accounts report... but I guess we can not generate in Quick Books an actual "Owner's Equity Statement" similar to Balance Sheet and Income Statement?

Not really. The P&L shows all Income and Expense Accounts.
Balance Sheets shous all Asset, Liability and Equity Accounts.
Owner's Equity is just one type of Account which is just an Equity Account.
