How do I get my subscription to renew online? it won't allow me to. it made me do self employed but now I have nothing to refer to all my data is stuck over in the online account I've used for years

Here's how to connect with us:
 

  1. Select Assistant from the top menu.
  2. Enter “Talk to a human.”
  3. Choose Start a chat or Get a callback from the next available expert.
  4. You can provide this investigation number for a faster transaction: INV-48260.

Once it's rectified, you should get the option to resubscribe as soon as you sign in. If you don't, please follow these simple steps to renew your subscription:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
  2. Select the profile icon and then go to Billing info.
  3. Click View options to see different subscription types, then select Subscribe.
  4. Review your billing and payment info.
  5. Click Subscribe to complete the process.
