How do I get the actual expense total on my October Budget v Actual Report to total correctly? I reviewed the formula in an excel download and it looks correct

This has been correct in past months, but is incorrect for October. I work from a custom report. I created a totally new report same problem. Emptied cache, shut down both QB and computer, restarted and got same result.

I can help you run and customize the reporting period of the Budget vs Accrual report to October to see the actual expense total.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click Reports.
  2. On the search field, enter Budget vs Actual.
  3. Go to the Report period field and customize the date (from October first to thirty-first).
  4. Click Run report to refresh the information.
