The Report period used can be one of the reasons why there's no information populating on your Sales Tax Liability report. Make sure to use the correct one.
If it does the same thing, I suggest performing some basic troubleshooting to identify if it's the browser that's causing this behavior.
As an initial step, please access your account via a private browser (incognito). This doesn't store data in the cache, reason why it's the best place to isolate browser issues.
Refer to the keyboard shortcuts below:
Then you can run the Sales Tax Liability report. Just go to Reports and look for the Sales Tax Liability report.
You might also want to learn more about customizing these reports and memorize them to save their customized settings.
If it works, please clear the cache on your browser to delete some outdated files. Otherwise, you can try using other supported browsers to be thorough.

This did not work. I switched to the new sales tax reporting offered on March 2. After switching the February sales tax liability report did not populate. All the reports in the past had all the information in them using the old system.
Thanks for the additional information you've provided above, @ambassador. With this, I can guide you on the actions you need to take care of this sales tax reporting issue.
Once you switch to the new sales tax reporting, you won't lose any of your existing info. Based on your description, I can see that you've already checked your past returns (sales tax history) through the Taxes menu. Since the sales tax report didn't populate for a certain month (February), I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They can securely pull up your account, identify the cause of the issue, and guide you with a fix.
