You can add that person as a user on that company file, paulg123.

 

QuickBooks Online has four user types. These are:

  • Standard user
  • Company Admin
  • Reports Only
  • Time Tracking Only

The first two user types count towards your user limit while the remaining two don't.

 

To add a user in one of your companies, please follow these steps:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, click Manage Users.
  3. Click the Add user button in the upper right-hand corner.
  4. Select the user type, and then click Next.
  5. Choose their access rights. You can give them All or Limited access to the company file.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Select the user settings and click Next.
  8. Enter the user's name and email address to invite them.
  9. Click Save.

Once that user receives the email invite, all they need to do is accept it so they can access the company file.
