Here's how you can add a new user to your QuickBooks Online account:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Manager Users.
  3. Click Add user.
  4. Choose the type of user that you'd like to add.
  5. Enter the information in the pop-up window and choose Save
