How do I increase the font size in the windows?

Hello kirtscj,

I've got a way on how you can resize the font size of your desktop screen.

To resize it to a larger one, you'll have to press Ctrl + + (plus). I've added this screenshot as your visual guide:

How do I increase the font size in the windows?

Hello there, @Mylos Mom. Welcome to the Community.

Let's go to the Ease of Access settings on your computer so you can make your font or text bigger and work with QuickBooks Online (QBO) comfortably.

When the text size feels too small when navigating through Windows (10), you can make the text bigger. To do this, here's how:

  1. Go to Ease of Access settings by pressing the Windows key+U.
  2. Under Make text bigger on the Display tab, drag the slider to the right to increase the size of the sample text.
  3. Once you're happy with the text size, select Apply. Windows scales up the size of all text.

In case you're using Windows 11, you can refer to this Microsoft help page for the complete guide: Make text and apps bigger.

Once everything is all set, you may also want to check out one of our Help pages as your reference to guide you in managing your business growth and transactions using QBO: QuickBooks Learn and Support. It includes help articles, Community discussions with other users, and video tutorials, to name a few.

Please feel free to leave a comment below if you have other feature concerns or questions about managing your company's income and expense transactions in QBO. I'm always ready to help. Take care, @Mylos Mom.
