In QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), we're unable to purge an account. However, we can cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed account and then open a new one. This way, you can start the account from scratch.
Before doing so, download all of your work first from QBSE. This is to hold on to your work for your records.
Here's how:
Once subscribed, you can sign up again for a new QuickBooks Self-Employed account and start over.

You should open a new QBSE account. Make sure clicking the Buy button to get the current discounted price. If you purchase from the Trial account, you have to pay the regular rate.

If I do this will I be charged twice? I started my subscription yesterday and don't want to pay again to start a new account.
Yes it will be charged for the second time. Prior to do that, you may contact Support and ask for the refund.
