How do i prevent from having to login in twice because I have an intuit account as well as a quickbooks online account?

new to QBO. Why do I have to log into my Intuit account, just to be able to log into my QBO account? If i dont log into Intuit first, it wont let me log in to QBO?!

I'm here to help you sort this out, MedHealth Medical - Sy.

When you first sign up for products like QuickBooks Online or TurboTax, you need to enter an email address. This email address becomes your Intuit user account ID. You'll be using this log in once you sign up for Intuit products.

Are you logging in twice using your email address and a unique code? If so, we can disable this to stop. I'll guide you how.

  1. Sign in to your Intuit account.
  2. From the left menu, select Sign In & Security.
  3. In the Two-step verification section, select Turn off.
  4. Enter the code, then select Continue.

For more details about how your Intuit user account works, I recommend checking out this article:  Intuit User Account.

Additionally, I've included an article that'll help you make some changes to your Intuit user account. This is to ensure your data is secured: Update your Intuit User Account and Get your Data.
