You can print the profit and loss report from the Reports page using the More Actions menu next to the Save As button, @bbchillc. I’d be happy to guide you through the process below.
Here's what you need to do:
- Sign in to your QBO account.
- Click on Reports from the left menu.
- Search for the Profit and Loss report and filter the Report Period.
- In the More Actions menu, select Print/save as PDF.
- Modify your preferences in the Report Print Settings and review it.
- Once you've completed your adjustments, click Print.
