You can delete their profile and add them as a user again, October. I'll be glad to walk you through the process:
- Go to the Gear icon, then choose Manage Users.
- Locate the user who forgot their password, then click the dropdown arrow beside edit.
- Select Delete, then Delete User.
- Once done, add them to your QuickBooks Online account again.
Alternatively, you can have them use the Forget Password feature so they can reset their password.
- Have them log in to QBO.
- Let them enter their email or user ID.
- Click Sign In.
- Select Forgot Password, and let them proceed with the next steps.
