How do I refund a payment back to a customer? I have done the refund receipt and it has been 10 business days and neither of the 2 customers got their refund. Help please

Good morning, @Da_Infallible,

 

Thanks for the question!  Creating a refund receipt would be the way to go in order to refund your customer. Typically, customers should the deposits in 7-10 business days.  If neither of your customers have received their refunds yet, I would reach out to the Payments support team.  They will be able to review your account and see why there is a delay in those refunds.
