We can make your vehicle inactive if you no longer need it for your business, Lear35. You can do this through the Miles tab in your QuickBooks account. Let me walk you through the steps.
The option to remove it from your account is not available. Consequently, making it inactive will also be considered removed.

Please note that if you want to remove a primary vehicle, the option to make it inactive is not available. You can keep the vehicle unused while driving the other one.

There is no option Vehicle no longer in use!
The ability to delete a vehicle from the manage vehicles list is unavailable in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), Lear35. I will provide some additional information to address your concern.
Once the primary vehicle is no longer in use, the option will become unavailable. The option is only visible when using a non-primary vehicle. However, the vehicle can only be marked as inactive once you indicate that it is no longer in use.
